In this craft we can make our own screen to protect our eyes against any virus. We are in a state of alarm against the covid-19 virus and if we have a pvc sheet and some creativity we can make our own protection. This screen is visual and creative and is intended for children. The idea has been to create a crown shape but you can always expand your imagination and imagine any other shape that suits the child's taste and personality.
The materials that I have used are:
- a PVC sheet for the screen
- pink eva rubber
- beige eva rubber
- shiny sticker strips
- gold round stickers
- shiny with pink sticker
- rubber to hold the screen on the head
- hot silicone with your gun
- pencil
- scissors
- cutter
- white thread and needle
- a crown-shaped template
To download the template: we place the pointer over the image and right-click the mouse and choose "save image as ..." and download it. We can print it directly or if we want to customize its size we can do the following: we open a word document and in a blank document we insert an image, placing this downloaded image. In order to manage its size here we can give it the desired size and then we print it.

First step:
We take our pvc sheet and take the measurements to make the cuts. In my case they have been 22 cm wide and long it will depend on the length you want, depending on the measurements of the child's face and neck. The most demanding thing is that it covers you beyond your chin. We cut the sheet and we round the corners that will be at the bottom of the screen.
Second step:
We are going to put an ornament at the top of the screen. In my case, I have chosen a crown that can be used for both girls and boys, although you can also choose the shape that most closely resembles the child's taste and personality. The crown template I have left above, with a small review of what you have to do to download it. We cut out the paper templately We trace it on the eva rubber sheet and we cut it again.
Third step:
We cut out two pink strips, They will have the same length as the length of the pvc sheet and a width of about 3 cm. We paste one of them on one of the faces of the upper part of the sheet and the other we will paste is the other side. We take the crown and the we stick on top of one of the eva rubber strips Pink color. We decorate the crown with diamonds and stickers.
Fourth step:
On the sides of the eva rubber strips we make some transversal cuts with the help of a cutter. The cuts will be to be able to pass the rubber. Once through the openings we will sew the rubber with thread.
