Good Morning! With less than two weeks to go Halloween, in ManualidadesOn we started on Monday with another new post dedicated to scariest day of the year.
If you are one of those who cannot resist the traditional Halloween, you will surely love this tutorial to make us one hair clip shaped like a pumpkin.
Materials
- Polymer clay or air drying paste.
- Hair clip.
- Glue.
- Cutter.
- Marker for clay.
Our Process
With polymer clay or air drying paste, we will make a Oval shaped with a point, as if it were a drop. After with the marker we will draw the eyes and the mouth of the pumpkin and with the cutter we will extract the pieces of material that is left over.
Once this is done, with the same marker we can polish the mouth and eyes on the inside so that it is a smooth surface and we will also mark the veins of the pumpkin. Then we will bake the polymer clay 15 minutes at 130º or we will let air dry in case of using air drying paste. And finally, we will hook the hair clip on the back of the pumpkin.
