Halloween is coming and at Crafts ON we already have a multitude of ideas to decorate that surely you are going to love them. A week ago, we showed you a great idea for decorate with candles and today we give you another one that you may also like.
Candles are an easy and inexpensive way to decorate themed parties such as Halloween. We have opted for a classic decoration with the pumpkin with an evil face so typical of Halloween but, for example, you can also make the candles according to the costumes you wear at your party.
Material
- A piece of eva gum orange.
- The pair of scissors.
- Un pen black.
- Glue
- Candles of Cristal.
Our Process
We will draw the pumpkin on the eva rubber taking into account the size we want it to be. In this case, the pumpkin covers the entire front of the candle, but for example, you could also make one for the back to cover the entire candle.
After we will cut out the pumpkin and the face of the Halloween pumpkin and we will mark the outline with the black pen of the mouth, the eyes, the contour of the pumpkin and the veins and other marks that it may have.
Finally, once we have the drawing ready, we will go to hook the Halloween pumpkin onto the glass candle. To hook it, it is best to use some type of glue that does not come off with heat. If you do not have or the one you have does not give enough support, another option is to make a hole on each side of the pumpkin and place a string that we will tie around the candle.
