Scrapbooking It has become a technique widely used by thousands of people who make crafts. In this post I teach you how to do tags or labels to decorate your projects in a cheap way and recycling materials that we have at home.
With this idea we can take advantage of many pieces or scraps of cardboard and other materials that are left over from other works and thus give them a decorative use.
Materials to make the labels
- Colour cardboard
- Colored eva rubber
- Scissors
- Glue or silicone gun
- Decorated tape or washi tape
- Eva rubber perforators for flowers, circles ...
Production process
Cut out rectangles of cardboard of the color that you like the most. Mine measure 10,5x7 inch, but you can adapt them to the size you need.
With the help of a hole punch make one on top as pictured.
Cut out the corners To give it the look of a label, you can also use any scissors with other shapes. I have opted for this design.
Glue a piece of washi tape in the position of the card that you like the most, straight, crooked, horizontal, vertical ...
Trim what is left over and with a marker you can make a design like mine, some branches of a plant.
To finish this model I will stick some flowers made with purple eva rubber and perforators. I am going to put a piece of thread double to be able to place the tag on the gift or project that we make.
And this has no limits, you can make as many models as you want playing with colors and shapes. I propose these three examples, but surely with your imagination you will make other very beautiful ones.
