In this craft we bring you something different from the usual, a trick to make toilet pills at home, easy, ecological and smell great, in addition to fulfilling its cleaning function.

Materials that we are going to need to make our tablets for the toilet
- 100 g of baking soda
- 15 drops of tea tree essential oil
- 5 drops of lemon essential oil
- An ice bucket
- A glass jar, better if it is airtight
- A bowl and something to stir that is not metal.
Hands on craft
- The first step is put the ingredients in a bowl. It is important to incorporate them in the order in which they are given in the list, that is: first the 100fr of bicarbonate, then the 15 drops of essential oil of tea tree and finally the 5 drops of essential oil of lemon.
- Once all the ingredients are in place, stir well so that they are all integrated. We will see that it remains a rather loose consistency like grit.
- When everything is well mixed, we will put it in the ice bucket by pressing so that the mixture is compacted. This step is important or the tablets will break when we unmold them. In case one breaks, nobut nothing happens, you can pick up those bits and use them already in the toilet.
- We leave stand around 24h so that the shape of the mold remains well and we already unmold.
- Ideally keep the pills in a glass jar that we can close well, better if it is hermetic.
And ready! We already have our ecological toilet pads. We can leave the bottle stored in the bathroom and use them whenever we want to have a clean toilet with a good smell. Of course, if there are children at home, it is better not to leave them within their reach, since despite the fact that the three ingredients can be ingested, they must all be diluted and taken in the appropriate amounts.
