Sometimes the afternoons are quite boring when the weather is not good, therefore, crafts are salvation. With this knitting workshop you can teach your children to reinforce their motor skills, in addition, to learn to sew for his future.
With these techniques boiling, sewing, plucking the children will begin to learn new terms to expand their vocabulary, while spending a wonderful afternoon of crafts with the whole family, strengthening family relationships even more.
Materials
- Curtain scraps.
- Plastic needle.
- Wool of different colors.
- Pencil.

- Piece of gray cloth.
Our Process
Firstly, we will cut out a square perfect with the patchwork of the curtain. In addition, we will remove several threads at the ends to give it a beautiful frayed appearance. And we will sew in a doubled way to highlight the picture more.
Then, with a pencil, we will draw the design that we want to capture. In our case it has been something simple for the children since they were small and thus not hinder the craft.
Then, we will start sew with the different colored yarns and teaching children to boil the needle and put it in and out to make the stitch.
Then complete the whole drawing with the colors that we have chosen by duplicating the weaving technique in both places to give the drawing more depth.
Finally, we will cut circles on another piece of fabric to add it as a detail in our chosen drawing, in our case a boat.
