On this special day where Wise Men They visit all the municipalities and cities throughout Spain for the Great Horseback Rides and leave their gifts to the children, we wanted to present you a very special craft for this night of Reyes.
Some very simple felt puppets made by hand for children to have a special gift for this Twelfth night. These puppets are very playful for children since they are very fun for them at any time of play.
Materials
- Felt of various colors.
- Needle.
- Black and white thread.
- Blank sheet.
- Pencil.
Our Process
First, we will conduct a template of our central fingers on a blank sheet to be able to capture them on the felt.
Then we will 4 fingers in pale pink and 4 in black to complete the puppets of the wise men.
Then, we are doing the dresses, hands, beards and crowns in felt and we will sew them to the templates that we have made in felt.
Lastly, we will join both templates of felt to form the 3 different puppets and thus be able to play with the children to the Kings parades.
