Materials that we will need to make our loop
As this craft is a little more peculiar, the only thing we will need is our shoes and our hands. It is true that you can take advantage of putting colored or more peculiar laces on our footwear.
Hands on craft
- First of all is have your shoes untied, otherwise we started badly. We will take the opportunity to change the laces if necessary.
- we will make a simple knot well tightened and another one on top of this first one, but very loose and that between the two we have a separation of approximately one and a half centimeters.
- We put one of our fingers to wrap the rest of the cord on it that has been left unknotted, that is, the ends of the laces.
- We pass that same piece or ends of the cord inside the gap that has remained between the two knots. That yes, we spent it only halfway.
- We open the four loops that we obtain and we tighten the knot that was loose to fix the loop.
- We accommodate the result a little better to make it more beautiful. We can put the lacing straight or lopsided. We can also choose if we want the ends of the laces to be seen or not, depending on how tight the loop is, since we can hide them just below it.
And ready! Now we just have to repeat the same process in the other shoe and start showing off a more beautiful and peculiar way of tying the laces. But it won't be the only one.
