A very original hat so you can make it at home with first-hand materials. It is very easy to do and as always very fun to do with children. Learn with a few simple steps how to create another way to make a hat for a witch costume.

These are the materials that I have used:
- dark green, light green and white eva rubber
- black cardboard, with a large one, it is enough
- silicone glue
- two sheets to make the templates
- a 30cm ruler
- scissors
- pencil
- compass
First step:
Let's do the bottom of the hat. We mark with a compass a circumference of 30cm diameter. We cut out said circle and we mark another two again. The first of 16cm in diameter and the second inside it, that they are separated by 3cm.
Second step:
We cut the inner circle and let's go to make cuts to the edge of the drawn circle. These cuts will be folded up to be glued later with the top pompadour.
Third step:
In the rest of the cardboard we are going to do the conical shape of the hat. With the help of a rule we place the zero point in the corner of the cardboard and we make marks a 30cm away and at intervals, thus the shape of the semicircle would be made. We cut it out.
Fourth step:
The corner of the upper part of the conical shape of the hat I have cut in a semicircle shape, although this is only optional, it is so that the upper part of the hat is not so pointed. We catch one of the edges of the cardboard and we add the glue, to go sticking said ends and go making the shape of the hat.
Fifth step:
We draw a leg of the frog as a sketch on paper. It we cut and we use it as a template to make the two legs in a sheet of eva rubber. We cut out these drawings and put it aside.
Step Six:
On another page we make another sketch of the frog face. We only make half a face to be able to trace its contour in the other half of the sheet and that it comes out homogeneous. We catch the sketch, we cut it out and use it as template to be able to make the frog's face in the eva rubber.
Seventh step:
We draw eyes on paper, we go back to making sketches and then tracing it in eva rubber and cut it out. We make two big eyes green and inside we will place another two white eyes.
Eighth step:
We will also cut out some pupils in black. This time we will use the black card. We glue everything with the silicone type glue.
Nineth step:
We stick also the two parts of the hat. We will also glue the legs and the face of the frog. Let it dry and we can now enjoy this original hat.
