Hello everybody! Christmas is approaching, and that is why we are going to make a craft of wrapping a gift in an original way. It is perfect to make a present or to decorate our house, put under the tree or in a corner that needs decoration.

Materials that we will need to wrap our gift in an original way.
- Christmas-themed wrapping paper, you need to have figurines.
- Double-sided tape to prevent it from showing.
- Fine ropes, you can also use woolen threads or another type of string that allows you to put several together without looking excessive.
- Scissors
- Hot silicone gun.
- A gift or, in case of using this craft as decoration, an empty box of the size we want.
Hands on craft
- We wrap the gift or the empty box with the paper, it is important to use double-sided tape to avoid that the tape is seen and it is more neat.
- We cut a strip of the wrapping paper itself that is long enough to turn our gift around the widest part and cover the typical fold that is formed when the paper flaps are joined at the back of the gift.
- We fold the sides of the strip for a cleaner finish and we put it in the gift covering the fold. We stick it with double-sided tape.
- We put the rope strips passing and covering the union of the previous strip and knotting on the front face of the gift.
- We cut out the figures of the paper that we like the most and glue them with hot silicone to some of the ends of the strings. We will get the motives of the paper in motion!
And ready! We already have an original way to make a gift or decorate these holidays.
