gift

We often have commitments that force us to do small details such as, for example, children's birthdays, parties with friends, baptism celebrations, communions, weddings, etc. In this type of event, the organizer usually makes some kind of gift and, Not only is the gift itself important, but the way we wrap it is also important. Since the action of wrapping, the detailed attitude of the person who has done it emerges.

In response to this aesthetic need, in today's post, we suggest a way to wrap small details that will make guests pleasantly pleased. In this post, we show you how to make a flower with crepe paper to wrap a gift easily, quickly and with a very beautiful and original result. I hope you like it!

Materials

  1. Crepe paper.
  2. Scissors.
  3. Pencil.
  4. A ribbon.
  5. And of course, the gift that we will introduce.

Our Process

gift1

To start we will cut two crepe paper squares large enough to fit the gift that we want to wrap. In this case, since the detail is quite small, the size of the square is 20 centimeters by 20 centimeters. Then we will overlap the squares one on top of the other and fold them in half, obtaining a rectangle that, we will fold again in half obtaining a smaller square.

gift2

We will take the scissors and we will cut rounding the part of the tips. Once this is done and without unfolding the crepe paper, We will draw a kind of flower petals all over the upper surface of the crepe paper.

gift3

Now,, we will cut out the shape of the flower petals and we will extend the crepe paper again to be able to introduce the gift.

gift4

Finally, we will wrap the gift and tie the base of the flower petals with a ribbon.

Until the next DIY!
