The materials I have used for the candle:
- A small cardboard tube.
- Cardboard of three colors: light yellow, dark yellow and orange.
- A small piece of cardstock with gold glitter.
- White acrylic paint.
- A brush.
- A star-shaped die cutter.
- A compass.
- A pen.
- A rule.
- Glue stick.
- Hot silicone glue and its gun.

First step:
We paint the cardboard tube with the white acrylic paint. We let dry. If we see that it needs another coat of paint, we will finish it again and let it dry.
Second step:
On the light yellow cardboard we draw a 8 cm circle with the help of a compass. On the dark yellow cardboard we draw another circle of 6 diameter cm. We cut out both circles.
Third step:
We bring the 6 cm circle closer to the orange cardboard and calculate how to draw a freehand flame. We cut it out. We take the two circles and we hit them with the glue stick. We take the flame and paste it inside the dark yellow circle.
Fourth step:
In the leftover cardboard we are going to cut some strips They will have to measure some 16 cm long by 1,5 cm wide. We cut about 8 strips that are alternated with the colors of the cardboard we have. Take the strips and roll them up to form a circle. We stick it at its ends with a drop of hot silicone.
Fifth step:
With the die cutter we make a star on gold glitter cardstock. We glue it to the front of the tube. We take the cardboard circles and we stick them with the silicone around and in the lower part of the cardboard tube. Now we only have to place the automatic light candle and enjoy our craft.
