In today's craft we are going to make a keychain using the macramé technique. It is very simple to do, it supports many varieties of colors, sizes and elements.

Materials that we are going to need

- Threads of at least two colors that can fray in many threads

- Key ring

Hands on crafts
- The first thing we are going to make a large pen with macrame. You can also make several tiny feathers of different colors. To make them we will need the threads and the comb. You can see this manual where we explain how to do it in a simple way: Macrame feather
- We make sure the feather is well groomed and trimmed. We pass the hook of the macrame pen through the key ring.
- We make a knot with the ribbon on the key ring and on top we make another knot with a piece of rope that is a little longer than the ends of the tape.
- Once we have the two things tied, let's do a braid using the two ends of the ribbon as two parts of the braid and the two ends of the rope as one part of the braid. We braid the beginning and bundle the rope of the macrame feather into the rope of the braid to shorten the feather. And we keep braiding until finished.
- We tie the braid by winding the rope and making a knot. We cut the ends to leave it with the same length as the braid. There is also the option of inserting wooden balls between the braid, they can be put into the rope. Three or four balls should suffice. In each ball you could tie small macramé feathers of different colors but respecting the same shades for the entire keychain.
